Sustainability in art is something I hold dear.
That's why I accepted the By-Invitation-Only art event at the World Art Forum in Egypt. It was an international initiative on art sustainability led by the United Nations and the Egyptian government.
Displayed at the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization in Cairo, Egypt, my piece for the event was created using homemade, handmade paper, left over fountain pen inks as well as graphites and acrylics. Cornstarch and glue held everything together much to my excitement.
"Nurture" aims to inspire people that extraordinary masterpieces can come from everyday tools and objects. Mine even reached Egypt. Think of that!
